Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Shipping & Delivery
A basic shipping fee of R100 (South Africa) applies to all orders. In-stock Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks (14 business days) after the order has been paid.

Made-to-Measure: Our standard timeframe for orders is 110-120 days for delivery.

Once your gown is complete, we'll carefully package it and arrange for secure delivery to your location. Your dress will arrive ready to wear, tailored to perfection and designed to make you feel beautiful on your special day.

Returns
Our policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges after this period.

Only garments inspected by our team, free of faults or damages, or if the garments supplied do not match the order, may be returned.

Returned items must be brand-new and in the original packaging.

Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

Customized Items - Returns and Refunds
Custom-made items cannot be refunded or returned, in compliance with South African consumer protection laws. We are committed to delivering quality custom items tailored to your preferences.

Requesting a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return request, email us at info.mialua@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documents.

Shipping and Return Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we cover expenses associated with delivering replacements or repaired items.

Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly. The timeframe may vary depending on the assessment process.
